District Connect is DSLBD’s annual small business expo for Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) and local businesses to connect with contracting and capital opportunities. This event will comprise expert panel discussions, workshops, and an exhibit hall, all centered around contracting, financing, and personalized matchmaking consultations.
District Connect gives small businesses access to meet with government officials and primes. Businesses will get an opportunity to speak one-on-one and meet face-to-face with decision makers to build relationships, get access to contracting opportunities and access to capital.

Matchmaking Registration
Matchmaking appointments are exclusively available to Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs). Businesses will undergo verification against the CBE database. Appointments will be canceled for businesses that are determined to be uncertified. CBEs are granted a maximum of three (3) appointments. Exceeding this allotted number will result in the cancellation of any additional appointments.
