Government Executive Consulting Services (GECS) provides full service program certification registration, business development, and bid proposal preparation and proposal writing training to businesses that want to do business with City, State and County Government Agencies, and Commercial businesses. GECS also provides Federal Government resume preparation services for individuals that are seeking employment with the Federal Government, and provides knowledge management services to assist businesses with succession planning.
