It’s go-time. It’s time to execute your capture strategies. How do you get the most out of scarce proposal resources? How do you work virtually? How do you “ghost” the competition so that you are clearly the logical choice

Or maybe you’re brand new to GovCon and your plan is to jump in the deep end, find a few opportunities where your probability of winning is a calculated risk you are willing to take.

Whatever your situation, writing a proposal requires strong management and organizational skills to comply with the RFP requirements while at the same time communicating why the government should choose your company.

In this working session, we will provide guidance on how to perform the following essential activities – whether you are working in person or virtually.

In this all day workshop you will be introduced to the four phases of proposal management.

Module 1 – The Plan

• Create annotated outlines with win themes, discriminators and page limits

• Organize and direct the kick-off meeting

• Form the proposal team (writers, SMEs, graphic designers, editors)
