The following schedule provides a timeline of the day’s events. There will be 10 minute breaks to allow time for networking and snacks between the plenary and main panel sessions. Participants can earn up to five (5) Professional Development Hours (PDH) after attending the conference sessions.

MATCHMAKING CONCURRENT SESSIONS
SAME Matchmaking is your opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with government agencies and large businesses. These short 15-minute sessions allow each side to get to know each other through sharing upcoming opportunities, requirements and capabilities. Matchmaking is coordinated through registration sign up. If you are interested in matchmaking, please indicate during check out.

Regular priced tickets must be purchased via Eventbrite by 5:00 pm on Monday, April 17. All tickets purchased after the deadline will be charged the Walk-In Rate, payable online through Eventbrite, check, or Venmo the day of the event. No cash accepted.

Ticket Refund Policy
Refund and Transfer requests will be accepted through 7:00 pm ET on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, and must be received in writing to [email protected].
Government registrations will receive full refunds at any time except for no-shows. No-shows from non-profit / academia / industry do not qualify for refunds.

Sponsorship payment is non-refundable. In order to receive your full benefits, the sooner you select sponsorship, the sooner you can use your benefits. Because of publishing deadlines, some benefits may not be available after April 11, therefore no new sponsorships can be purchased after that date. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide logos, narratives, attendee ticket holder information, and other details to be included in conference materials, programs, signage, and social media.
