What’s Included in a Standard Booth

  • One (1) 6-foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Company listing in the online Exhibitor Directory, including:
    • Company name
    • Logo
    • Contact person and details
    • Website link
    • Firm description (50 words max)
  • One (1) full-conference ticket, with access to all sessions, meals, and networking events. Must be registered by Friday, June 27.
  • Participation in the Exhibitor Passport Challenge
  • Optional: Up to two (2) boxed lunches for Tuesday booth set-up to be confirmed by Friday, June 27.

IMPORTANT BOOTH DETAILS

  • Electricity is not available at booths. Please plan for non-electronic displays.
  • Booths may not be shipped to the venue. There is no loading dock or storage on site. All materials must be hand-carried in and out.
  • You may purchase two adjacent booths to create a larger display footprint.
  • Booth purchase includes a promo code for one (1) free attendee registration. Additional personnel must purchase registration tickets separately.
  • Boxed lunch is available for up to two (2) registered attendees per booth on the first day of the conference.
  • Booth selection is made during the registration process based on availability.

All sponsors and exhibitors will be included in the Directory. Please use the following form to submit your POC and firm information for the directory NLT 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Exhibit Booth Reservations are pro-rated based on the deadlines listed below. All times are EDT.

  • Monday, May 26 (5PM)- Exhibit booth cancellation for full refund with written request (less $50 administrative fee)
  • Wednesday, June 18 (5PM)– Exhibit Booth cancellation for 50% refund with written request (less $50 administrative fee). No refunds after this date.
  • Monday, June 23 (midnight) – Final date to purchase booths (and sponsorship).
  • Wednesday, June 25 (5PM) – Final date to submit your Directory Information.
  • Friday, June 27 (7PM) – Final date to register your complimentary promo code ticket and request up to two (2) box lunches on exhibitor setup up day.

💼 Sponsors and Exhibitors:

  • One (1) complimentary ticket included with your exhibit booth and must be redeemed using the promo code provided to your point of contact.
  • If an individual ticket is purchased and a refund is later requested after receiving a promo code, a $50 administrative fee will apply—regardless of when the ticket was purchased.
  • All promo code registrations are also subject to a $25 transfer fee if reassigned.
  • No refunds or transfers will be accepted after June 30 at 11:59 PM EDT.
