Do you want a better understanding of the rules governing the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Program? Competition is tough in the public sector, and a critical key to success lies within understanding these rules. This is particularly important when performing as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Join us for an in-depth look at your rights as well as your responsibilities.

Who should attend? Small businesses and certified MBEs who are ready and able to perform as a prime contractor or a subcontractor on state-funded procurements.

This class is being presented by Chantal Kai-Lewis, Legal & Policy Advisor, Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs.
