HUD’s Office of the Chief Procurement Office cordially invites interested parties and other interested organizations to an Industry Day on Monday, October 20-October 21, 2025, at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Brooke-Mondale Auditorium. The upcoming Industry Day hosted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will be a dynamic forum for collaboration between HUD and its industry partners. This event is designed to foster meaningful dialogue, facilitate knowledge exchange, and explore strategic partnerships that support HUD’s mission to build strong, sustainable, and inclusive communities, while ensuring access to quality, affordable housing for all.
HUD remains committed to:

Agenda
The HUD Industry Day, held on October 20–21, 2025, is a two-day event focused on shaping the future of HUD acquisition through strategic briefings, program presentations, and interactive panels. Day one features insights into HUD’s mission, procurement processes, and program overviews from key offices like Ginnie Mae, OCIO, and FHEO, while day two highlights housing programs, upcoming contracting opportunities, and success stories from experienced contractors. Attendees will also have the chance to engage directly with HUD representatives in one-on-one sessions, fostering collaboration and innovation in federal housing initiatives.
If you would like to participate in this event and would like to request a reasonable accommodation such as a sign language interpreter, please ensure that you select and indicate the accommodation in your registration information. For accommodations to be processed, please complete your registration as early as possible, preferably no later than one month prior to the start of the event (September 22, 2026 ).

IDENTIFICATION:
You MUST have Government Issued Photo Identification (e.g. driver’s license) that is complaint with DHS Real ID Phase 3b Enforcement rule, which means that driver’s licenses from noncompliant states will not be accepted to access Federal facilities, including HUD facilities; however, a Federal ID or Passport is acceptable. The name on the ticket should match your name on the Government Issued Photo Identification.
METRO:
If you are planning on taking the Metro, get off at the L’Enfant Plaza Station (on the Yellow, Green, Blue or Orange Line). You want to exit the Metro station towards L’Enfant Plaza. Once you get off the Metro escalator, make a left to exit the Plaza. The Department of Housing and Urban Development will be the building directly in front. You will need to walk around to the front of the building in order to go through security. Please enter the building through the South Lobby, which is the side closest to 7th and E.
DRIVING/PARKING:
Some garage parking is available at L’Enfant Plaza, 480 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, DC 20024. To walk, proceed to exit parking garage towards L’Enfant Plaza Mall Concourse. Once you enter the L’Enfant Plaza Shopping and Dining area proceed towards the metro station. Once you go through the glass doors (next to Potbelly) make a right to exit the plaza. The Department of Housing and Urban Development will be the building directly in front. You will need to walk around to the front of the building to enter. Please enter the building through the South Lobby, which is the side closest to 7th and E Street.
