Small businesses have about a month to get their bids in for a contract whose name says it all: Contracting and Acquisition Support Services.
The Defense Health Agency has given small businesses the green light to start working on and submitting proposals for a five-year, $290 million contract for professional services to support DHA’s contracting function.
Bids are due by Aug. 30 and DHA will also accept questions regarding the procurement through Aug. 9, the agency said in its Tuesday notice to release the final solicitation.
DHA’s name for the contract is self-explanatory – Contracting and Acquisition Support Services. Small businesses of any socio-economic designation are eligible to turn in a bid.
