The IRS has given industry the size and specs for its recompete of a contract covering IT portfolio management support services for the agency’s enterprise case management system.
The multiple-award blanket purchase agreement will have a ceiling of $512 million over up to five years, the IRS said in a draft performance work statement issued Friday.
Businesses and other entities interested in the program have until May 1 to respond.
In that PWS and a prior sources sought notice, the IRS describes its enterprise case management system as a cloud-based platform that was stood up to aid in the agency’s collection and analysis of data. The IRS also adopted that environment to modernize, upgrade and consolidate legacy systems.
