The Homeland Security Department gives industry an idea of its plans to make these blanket purchase agreements available to bid on.
The Homeland Security Department has penciled in its intended date to launch the recompete of a family of geospatial technical expertise contracts that support DHS’ emergency management mission.
A solicitation for the third iteration of the Geospatial Technical Support Services blanket purchase agreements should go live on or around May 30. Awards should follow in the third quarter of this calendar year, DHS said in a Tuesday notice to its Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
GTSS 3.0’s ceiling will likely exceed $100 million over its five-year ordering period. The current GTSS 2.0 pacts were awarded in September 2019 and are slated to expire on Sept. 29 of this year.
