The Defense Health Agency has unveiled its first cut of the solicitation for a five-year, $290 million contract covering broad acquisition support services.
Responses for this plan to recompete this small business set-aside contract are due April 24, DHA said in a Monday notice to release the draft request for proposals.
The eventual awardee will be responsible for contract analyst support, procurement technician support, cost analyst support, program management, acquisition planning support and business operations support.
