In her own words\, Ms. Sayles details her life experiences – good and bad – and journey to transformation. As a result\, she established a non-profit organization called Recognize\, Repair\, Repeat (R3) to help women overcome obstacles\, past traumas\, and hardships. \nDuring the Summit\, Laurie and other powerful speakers will impart wisdom to inspire women to pursue and reach their destiny.
